TASTING NOTES

• The Eye: Very bright and clean Tequila with silver reflect, a high average density.
  
• Nose: At first nose has aromas of peach, raw almonds, flowers and herbs. At second nose, white flowers, especially tuberose and orange blossom are checked. Citrus fruits are also perceived as orange and lime but mostly lemon. It has herbal notes of pine and a subtle smoky note in the background.
  
• Palate: Easily slips through the mouth but does not impregnate too much. The citrus notes disappear giving way to herbal notes.

TASTING NOTES

• The Eye: A bright, clean, pale yellow Tequila with a graceful, light-to-medium body.

• Nose: The first impression is herbal and spicy, led by rich layers of vanilla, coconut, and caramel with a subtle hint of roasted coffee and mature fruit. As it breathes, notes of black pepper emerge alongside the sweetness of roasted sweet potato and brown sugar.
  
• Palate: Soft and molten on the tongue with a fresh, balanced acidity and a gentle, pleasant warmth. The finish reveals the influence of the barrel, leaving behind elegant notes of toasted wood.

TASTING NOTES

• The Eye: Bright and clean pale yellow Tequila. An apparent low average density.
  
• Nose: At first nose, herbal and spicy notes dominate: vanilla, coconut, caramel, and a slight note of roasted coffee, leaving behind the scent of mature fruit. At second nose still dominate the spicy notes revealing pepper that was hidden before; also flavors of sweet potato and brown sugar appear.
  
• Palate: The attack of this tequila is a molten soft and fresh acidity, followed by the light and pleasant alcohol. Aromas provided by the barrel are found in the nose, leaving notes of toasted wood.

TASTING NOTES

• The Eye: Brilliant crystalline with silver hues and a light body.
  
• Nose: Cooked agave, vanilla, chocolate milk, cinnamon, and dulce de leche. Notes of hazelnut and walnut are also distinguished.
  
• Palate: Mild but persistent. It is recommended to accompany dishes like Chile en nogada or Manchego cheese, and desserts like chocolate cake or walnut ice cream.
